Artera’s product is meant to connect the dots between patients and providers. Conceptually, we wanted to make sure graphics throughout the site represented that connectivity.

 

The color palette overall is very different from what you would see amongst most healthcare companies. The warm, bright colors bring a positive and inviting energy.

Artera’s product serves four distinctly different audiences. Benefiting healthcare systems, physicians, FQHC’s, and patients alike required us to hone in on very specific value propositions per audience.

 

It was also extremely important that we used simple and direct language throughout the site, and leaned away from copious amounts of industry jargon. This ensured that all audiences could benefit from the website.

While Artera’s website traffic still skews towards desktop users, we wanted to ensure the mobile experience was as effective.

 

Graphics are repositioned to ensure the connectivity between elements still makes sense, and content is consolidated into accordions or sliders to limit the amount of vertical scrolling prospects need to do.

The benefits - driven focus extends to the core navigation of the site. Using language like “Who We Help” and “How We Help” keeps the focus on Artera’s mission to improve the healthcare system.
