Overview
Aerotech has been a global leader in precision motion control and automation for over 50 years. But their digital presence hadn’t kept pace.
Their website wasn’t built for scale or ease of use. With a vast, highly technical product catalog, information was hard to manage and even harder to navigate. Product specs varied widely, and users struggled to find what they needed.
They also needed a better way to manage licensing for their proprietary software, which required real-time validation through a custom API.
Aerotech was ready for a website as advanced as their technology—scalable, intuitive, and built for global users.

Engineering a Smarter Web Experience for Aerotech.
Our goal was to create a digital experience as advanced as Aerotech’s technology—one that simplified complexity without sacrificing depth.
We focused on building a scalable, multilingual site powered by WordPress, with a custom product library and real-time software licensing capabilities. From interactive industry cards to a highly visual mega menu, every element was designed to guide users through Aerotech’s vast offerings with clarity and ease.
The challenge was in striking the right balance—making dense technical content accessible to engineers while keeping the experience streamlined, global, and easy to manage for Aerotech’s internal team.

2. Visual Design
Designing for Engineers: Structured, Smart, and Striking.
The redesign uses Aerotech’s crisp blue and white palette to create a high-tech, professional feel that reflects their precision-driven brand.
Clean layouts, modular sections, and subtle interactions help organize dense technical content without overwhelming the user. Dark sections add contrast and hierarchy, while bold typography and sharp imagery reinforce confidence and clarity across the experience.

3. Homepage Experience
Less Jargon,More Value.
Aerotech creates extremely precise manufacturing equipment that allows other companies to build better equipment. Their field is highly technical, and it’s very easy for them to get overwhelmed. We needed to create a homepage that cut through the technical jargon and allowed them to effectively highlight who they are, who they help, and how their products can be best used.
4. Product Category
From Big Picture to Precise Search—All on One Page.
Each product category page is broken up into two sections, and overview and a product catalog. The overview provides users with the value and capability of the products. It also provides the with an opportunity to highlight new and innovative products. The catalog allows users to sort products in over a dozen different ways in order to quickly find what they’re looking for.

5. Product Display Pages
Organized for Depth—Not Overwhelm.
As previously mentioned, there’s A LOT of complexity when it comes to their products. Dozens of mechanical and electrical specifications. Detailed ordering information. Dozens of help documents. With an audience predominantly comprised of engineers it was important all of this information was readily available, but we needed to display it in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Breaking the page into chunks, and organizing the information clearly in tabs helped us accomplish this feat.
