Tripleseat is an easy-to-use sales and event management platform for restaurants, hotels, and unique/special venues that will increase your bookings and remove the stress of the planning process. We redesigned their WordPress website to better communicate their USP and to increase conversions.

The Objective.

Tripleseat wanted a website that better communicated their products' value to potential customers and had a more premium user experience.

Unique Problems to Solve.

Navigation Woes.

Tripleseat’s original website was difficult for users to navigate to information that would be specific and pertain to them as well as stayed on the Tripleseat website instead of taking users to external pages. This made the flow information difficult for potential customers to find out what Tripleseat does best.

A Design Refresh.

They also needed a design refresh; their previous website was dated and did not highlight the company as best as possible. Some of the images used were pixelated making it difficult for potential customers to see Tripleseat’s services.

Tripleseat’s Homepage helps them to build credibility with their customers as they navigate their website. The copy focuses on the benefits of Tripleseat’s product and challenges of their customers - creating a more engaging experience.

Hero Header Animation

The Hero Header Animation adds an added pop of color when the user scrolls down on the page as well as the call to action buttons are highlighted when the user hovers over the button.

Mega Menu

The Mega Menu is color coordinated for each sub-section of the website which corresponds with the color of each tab on the Work/Portfolio page.

About Page.

The About Page showcases images of Tripleseat’s employees and their smiling faces! The webpage has a great flow about it as it discusses more about the company, the people who work there, and how anyone viewing the website can join the team which leads them right to the careers page.

Service/Landing Page Overview.

The Service Landing Page features a special animation in which one row of images moves in one direction while the other row moves in the opposite direction when the user scrolls down on the webpage. Overall, the webpage is broken into sections based upon what part of the hospitality industry the user falls into.

Each part of the hospitality industry gets a sub-section webpage. Here is where the user is able to find information on what Tripleseat has to offer and how their service can be incorporated into daily business operations. The webpage is organized in a fashion that makes it easy for the end user to scroll to exactly what they are looking for.

Work/Portfolio Overview.

The Work/Portfolio page is sectioned off into tabs where users can select the part of the hospitality industry they are interested in reading how Tripleseat can help. Once a tab is selected, the list of sub-sections scrolls and a call to action button populates to take the user to the individual and correlating page.

Each individual portfolio page gives examples of customers using their service within the given section of the hospitality industry. The page also helps end users to gain a better understanding of how Tripleseat can help them which in turn positions Tripleseat as an industry leader.

The Podcast page gives Tripleseat a place to host their podcasts regarding various elements of the hospitality industry for their loyal listeners. Which makes this webpage the go-to webpage for all of Tripleseat’s insights.
