Luseta Beauty provides customers with quality beauty products at a low cost. They believe in all natural products with a salon quality level.

The Objective.

Luseta Beauty was looking to revamp their website with a more consistent and mature visual design, improve overall website performance, and allow for customers to more easily subscribe to products. We worked with them to redesign their Shopify ecommerce site to better reflect their brand, to convert visitors to customers, and to perform better overall.

Unique Problems to Solve.

Visually Differentiation

The beauty industry is crowded, and as a result, brands oftentimes struggle to differentiate. It was imperative that we created a visual design with character, but still felt clean and in line with other premium beauty websites.

Maintaining Lightening Speed

Ecommerce websites tend to have a lot of bloat, and Luseta’s conversion rates were suffering because of it. We needed to deliver a dynamic experience but keep page load times at a bare minimum.

The homepage includes several pops of color that highlights the products as well as the branding of Luseta Beauty. The product images on the homepage scrolls to show more product images and shows a mix of lifestyle and product images.

Website Navigation

The site navigation is laid out in a clean and concise manner making it easy to find each product page based upon best selling products, value sets, collections, etc.

Side Cart / Free Shipping Experience

The side cart allows users to to continue to shop while also being able to to view their shopping cart. The free shipping experience is an added bonus that entices customers to want to shop more!

Ingredients Slider

The graphic representation of each ingredient helps to showcase what Luseta Beauty’s products are made of. When the “Show Me Everything” button is clicked on it tasks users to a collection page that displays each of the products that contains that ingredient. This allows for a user experience to find what they are looking for quicker.

Collection Page.

The collection pages can be found via the navigation or each through the Ingredient Slider. These pages are set up to highlight key ingredients or traits of a collection of products. Again creating a user experience that allows for customers to find products that meet their needs.

Product Page.

Each product page highlights the product in an aesthetically pleasing presentation. (Truly Instagram worthy!) The images used are a combination of lifestyle and product images. The product page also allows users to find the size bottle they are looking for as well. Reviews are also included for customers to read and find out which product is just right for them!

Checkout Flow

The checkout flow allows customers in a mobile format to be able to purchase products in a simple six step system. This is also where the side cart experience comes into play on mobile devices.
