Fly To The Exosphere

The exosphere is the highest layer of Earth’s atmosphere. Fly beyond it and you’re into outer space, which makes it a pretty great metaphor for college students getting ready to graduate and head out into the real world.

We’re not going to ask you to go on coffee runs or to do other menial tasks; we want you to get your hands dirty on work that’s making a difference for our clients. This isn’t busy work; you’ll be collaborating with members of our team, receiving feedback on your work, and seeing what happens when it’s launched into space.


What Will You Learn?

  • A deeper understanding of UX from both a qualitative, and quantitate perspective
  • How to translate branded ideals online through UI
  • New work-flows, techniques and tools to progress your design process
  • How agencies work together, and how different roles relate to the process
  • How to define, and successfully run A/B campaigns
  • A whole bunch of other useful stuff that will impress the hell out of your peers, professors and future employers


  • Current student or recent graduate
  • Academic or independent study relevant to Graphic Design, UI/UX Design or Digital Design
  • Intermediate understanding of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Basic understanding of how the web / websites work
  • Bonus Points (not required, but nice to know)
  • You’ve worked with WordPress
  • You have some basic HTML/CSS skills
  • You’ve interned / worked for an agency before
  • You’ve freelanced
  • You have some experience with Adobe After Effects, Sketch, InVision or
